Tactical Medicine

The battlefield, whether in a far away land or down the street can be hours from the nearest hospital. The Mechanical Blood Volumizer or MBV can buy  two extra hours of valuable and life-saving time. It's a "bridge to survival" device that can redistribute blood  from the limbs into the core circulation allowing those who need it to stay in the fight long enough to get back to definitive care . Used by the Marines, West Coast Seal Teams, Paramedics, and ED's, the MBV can be applied and used by patients themselves if necessary while waiting for help to arrive. Also, if  you work on an oil rig or in the wilderness, or whether you're a hiker or "weekend warrior" mountain climber, this compact device can be easily stowed with your other first-aid gear to be ready when you need it.
